Winner of four prestigious Arabian Property Awards 2010, maisam architects & engineers were acknowledged for the exclusive designs of two exceptional projects, Crystalle project Abdali and the Maani Residence. Judged by a highly experienced international panel of professionals, the awards which were presented in October 2010 at a high profile ceremonial gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai honored maisam for meeting superlative standards of accomplishment within a highly competitive Arabian property arena.
The Arabian Property Awards distinguished Crystalle Project Abdali with five stars in the category of Best Architecture and The Architecture Award (mixed use). The Maaini residence was recognized in the category of Best Architecture (single unit) with five stars and tagged Highly Commended for the Best Property Award Jordan. This prestigious competition which is open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe identifies, highlights, and rewards the highest levels of achievement and excellence among the global property and real estate market covering the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, Arabia, and the UK.
